The Company is not in any manner liable or responsible for the sufficiency or accuracy of the information provided by the registrars in respect of online transactions done by customers on this website from time to time.
Other information on this website, such as fact sheets, news, NAVs, stock quotes and graphs, is sourced by MFShoppe Finserv LLP from various sources and/or websites. Registration. MFSHOPPE FINSERV LLP (Mutual Fund Shoppe) is an AMFI Registered Mutual Funds Distributor — ARN-284010, initial date of registration 03/01/2024, valid up to 02/01/2027. We are a registered distributor of Mutual Funds, Structured Investment Products (SIF), Portfolio Management Services (PMS), and Alternate Investment Funds (AIF).
Nature of service. We act as a distributor, not an investment adviser. Information and assistance provided by us is incidental to the distribution of financial products. Investments in mutual funds are subject to market risks; please read all scheme related documents carefully before investing. Mutual fund schemes do not assure or guarantee any returns, and past performance may or may not be sustained in future.
Commission disclosure. We deal in Regular Plans only for mutual fund schemes and earn a trailing commission on client investments. Disclosure of commission earnings is made to clients at the time of investment. The option of a Direct Plan for every mutual fund scheme is available to investors, offering the advantage of a lower expense ratio; we are not entitled to earn any commission on Direct Plans and hence do not deal in them.
Costs. All existing and prospective investors are advised to check and evaluate exit loads and other cost structures (Total Expense Ratio) applicable at the time of making an investment, before finalising any investment decision for mutual fund schemes.
